It has 5 total beds (queen, 3 full, 1 twin) and is a user-friendly RV with everything you need for short trip, long trips, full hookups or boondocking with one of our Generators.This RV is a half-ton towable at 5850 lbs unloaded with a Gvwr of 7620 lbs and a tongue weight of 620lbs. It has a private bedroom with Privacy curtains on a track.Inland NW Rentals RV is a dedicated RV rental business locally owned and ran in Spokane Valley, WA We take pride in our quality, customer service and user-friendly RVs setup for success for your needs. We are commercially insured.Beds: Master bedroom with accordion tracked pull fabric for privacy and a Queen bed, two Full-size bunk over a bunk, a Sofa-couch and a Dinette that converts into a wide twin. There is a full kitchen and an outdoor shower for hosing off the sand. We are pet friendly for adult potty-trained dogs.Stocked with everything for cooking and eating for 9 (see below)
Supplied cleaning items include: dish soap and scrub daddy, Clorox wipes, general cleaning spray and paper towels, Swiffer with wet pads, broom and vacuum.Delivery available with pickup option for an experienced driver with towing and vehicle qualification. ALL gray and black tanks need to be emptied unless you have it or add-on dumping for pickup rentals, and propane tanks need to be refilled for pickup rentals.**There is a strict no smoking inside RV including vaping. Campsite/location required for approval.
I recommend a spot for 32 ft for maneuvering for BasecampFeatures: Outside has LED lights, indoor and outdoor sound system and we include a 10x10 pop up shelter rental. There is a ton of inside storage under the dinette, couch and a full ceiling to floor pantry next to the fridge. It has a mini-tub shower to wash the kiddos at the end of the day in the private bathroom. Large storage above toilet in cabinets. Some room in outside under bay storage also in the front and under the bunks. Private master bedroom has medium firmness Queen bed and living room sofa is a full size with a twin dinette bed.-We supply a 10x10 pop up sun shelter in lieu of an awning due to it being the most commonly damaged item.
-Only dogs allowed, maximum 2 and must be potty trained. Dogs are not to be left inside RV alone except in a lockable crate with lock attached.. Dogs are to not go in/on bed or couch please, and wipe muddy paws. Pet fee is $60/per dog. All animals must be disclosed at booking.
-Heater (propane and battery based), Roof A/C and associate built in fan included. (These require being plugged into 30 amp power or generator to work)
** Be aware that when dry camping only 1-2 showers is typically possible due to tank limitations without sewer hookups.Generator: If you do not have 30amp electrical hookups, it is mandatory to have an approved Generator. We have serviced high quality Generators available as an add-on that includes a full 20 lb propane tank. Truck/vehicle must have 7-pin and brake controller. Most RV balls are 2 5/16" so please bring your own hitch and ball as this RV does not come with one supplied.-It is expected for the RV to be picked up after using in a way that is tidy and some cleaning done. Laundry and a basic sweep and sanitation is normal but if the unit is excessively dirty requiring carpet shampooing, excessive cleaning there will be a $300 fee. The unit is supplied with cleaning supplies for all surfaces including shower, toilet, a broom and dust pan, a vacuum and a swiffer mop. Keven and I (Lara) are camping and adventure lovers. We backpack, tent camp and RV camp and have ran an Airbnb and rented RVs. We now opened our LLC Inland NW Rentals in Spokane Valley and do this as our home business. We have primary jobs in healthcare and corrections and also run a full a full hookup year round RV site on our property, too!
We love meeting all the fellow adventurers and had the best summer sharing RVs in 2023. We are expanding to 5-6 units for 2024 and I love delivering and seeing the joy guests gain from our rentals!
