Our Jayco is the perfect fit for those looking to get out for some adventure.All renters will receive a walk through upon pickup to answer any questions you might have. If there is anything you wish to have on your trip and it’s not listed please reach out and we will see what we can do to accommodate your needs!This smaller but well equipped trailer is perfect for maneuvering organized camp grounds or escaping into the woods. The slide out gives plenty of room to move around. Equipped with solar to power lighting and radio, 30lb propane tank, refrigerator that runs off electricity or propane, 2 burner cook top, microwave, 5 gallon water heater, A/C, heat and more.Plenty of cookware provided along with other camping necessities. See included items section.Fresh water tank holds 20gal. It will be filled upon request (see add-ons).Please remember to drain all tanks before returning or a fee will apply. Do not using toilet without water. Do not turn on water heater without full-time water hook up, doing so will result in damages and related fines.Please note delivery fees are one time for both delivery and pick up from the same location. • Tank dumping will be a $75 charge if not done prior to return.

• propane tank is full on pick up, please return it the same way. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee.
• Use of the provided surge protectors is required before plugging into any power source.
• Dirty linens are to be left in shower.
• Used dishes to be left in provided tote.
