3.0This is our initial experience renting an RV. We opted for a Class C model because we are considering purchasing one, and we wanted to try it out first. We appreciate the experience as it has allowed us to see both the positive and negative aspects. Roger and his wife were extremely helpful, providing us with a comprehensive explanation of everything. They were also very accommodating, permitting us to pick up the RV early and return it late without any extra charges. The RV was clean and matched the pictures perfectly. We anticipated convenience and comfort during our use of the RV; however, we encountered some unforeseen problems. The toilet water was backing up, which caused us stress as we could not use the toilet properly. We resorted to using the campground restroom, and the following morning, we discovered that half of the RV was flooded with water from the toilet bowl. Due to these issues, a significant portion of our time was consumed addressing them instead of relaxing. Additionally, as we were preparing to head home, my husband failed to notice a higher tree branch in the mirror, which resulted in it hitting the top of the awning and causing a small tear in the fabric. Overall, our experience was somewhat mixed, but we are still grateful for the opportunity.
