This was our first trip using Outdoorsy and we couldnt of had a better experience. Paul was absolutely fantastic! He answered every text within minutes and answered all questions fast and with great detail. He was super flexible and truly wanted us to have the best time ever. It showed, as the camper was in perfect condition and extremely clean. It had everything you could ever need while camping and made the whole trip perfect. We will absolutely be renting from Paul again in the future. Thanks Paul!

The experience overall was good. The delivery was a day early, agreed upon. He communicated very well, and the unit was in good shape and was very clean. The HVAC worked well when needed.

The RV is beautiful!! Just like staying in a luxury hotel. Very grateful to the Lucia family for being accommodating, responsive and generous! They made the “staycation” a complete joy!! Will definitely ask to use their RV in the future.
