What's includedThis is a small home on wheels built on a 144-inch Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500, with one slide-out to meet your destination needs. The RV has handcrafted cabinets, leather furnishings, and plenty of space to relax in comfort. It's a great coach for a couple or a small family, with enough sleeping arrangements for four people. The couch can be converted into a full-size bed, and there is also a tri-fold sofa that can be converted into a bed. The RV includes a nice-sized private bathroom and shower, with a vanity outside the bathing area. This is a non-smoking rig - if smoking evident, a $250 cleaning fee will be enforced.
The RV must be returned with a full tank of gas - if returned without full tanks, renter will be charged $50 plus the cost of fuel.
Please return the vehicle in the same, clean condition it was received in - if returned excessively dirty, including pet stains, hair, odors, etc., a $250 cleaning charge will be enforced.
If waste tanks are not emptied a fee of $200 will be applied.
