Enjoy a comfortable, relaxed camping trip in this top of the line model for Coachmen tent trailer. Although it is a 1996 camper, it has been newly renovated with new floors, paint, and window treatments to make you feel right at home. This camper looks and performs like new.If you are worried about the set up process, I have made a comprehensive, step by step video of me setting it up from beginning to end.Important: If you want me to set it up please tell me the dates you will need it before you rent it. I have a very busy schedule and I will have to check it before I confirm that I can set up on any date.Highlights include dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, sleeping bags (3 adult and 2 kid bags available upon request), indoor and outdoor camp stoves with propane, water pump for running water to sink, and ice cold air conditioning for those hot Florida days, 11' awning with screened in enclosure for keeping those bugs out, and lights for the king beds on either end. Mattress protectors and fitted bottom sheets provided for king end beds. If you would like anything that’s not listed let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. All you need to bring is yourself and sense of adventure.This trailer is easy to pull at only 1839 pounds and doesn’t require electric brakes. Because of its low profile and weight when closed, it is very maneuverable and good on gas milage. It requires tow vehicle to have a 2" ball (I can lend you mine if needed). Our trailer has been fabric treated regularly and won't leak a single drop even in the wildest rainfalls.No smoking in this trailer please!We will be happy to demonstrate how to open and close the unit at pick-up or can deliver the trailer and help set up at camp for the delivery fees mentioned. Also happy to answer any other questions!If you purchase delivery at Fort de Soto campground I will need the camper cleared by 10:00am to give me time to take it down before the campsite’s 11:00am checkout time.What's includedking mattress protector and fitted sheet, two decorative and one camping pillow, table on the inside of the camper can be taken and used outside, stoves inside and outside, microwave, toaster, coffee grinder and maker, salt and pepper, pots, pans, cutlery, air conditioning, board games and card games to keep you busy, and at an additional cost I can include a tv and a game console with old nintendo and other retro games.

I had the best trip! Next time we need a rental I will definitely look up to Lucas. The camper was fresh, well stocked, and everything I could have thought of was there for us.

We had a great time with our camper and Mr Lucas was always available to answer any questions about the unit. The camper was delivered on time and he was very kind, professional and very pleasant to deal with. The unit was NOT brand new, but it was everything we needed and wanted. Thank you Lucas and looking forward for the next time we need a pop-up camper.

We had a great time in this popup camper. It was clean and comfortable. I was very surprised at how big and roomy the camper was. It’s hard to find a comfortable camper for 4 adults. But the 2 king size beds were perfect for a party of 4. Lukas delivered the camper and set it up on time. A/C works great! We had no problem at all. BTW I saw the past review and decided that some (self entitled) people cannot be pleased no matter what they get. So we reserved the camper and I’m so glad we did. I’ve already talked to Lukas about renting the camper again next year. We Loved Our Stay - Highly Recommended.

Easy to pickup and drop off trailer. Youtube video referenced during pickup made setup and tear down a breeze!
Towed easy behind hybrid highlander (3500lb towing). For about 70 miles 1 way.
Unit was clean and no smells when setting up upon arrival at camp site. Was a great first rv experience for kids!
Didn't use stove or sink to comment functionality.
Ac and fridge worked well.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

You can pick up or drop off the RV almost any day in the morning let me know in da Vance and I will let you know. If you want me to set up the camper I might be able to accommodate you at Madeira Beach KOA, Fort Desoto or others nearby depending on the day.
