Open feel travel trailer. Sleeps 6 comfortably but can sleep two more if needed ( 2 small kids on pull down sofa) to accommodate a total of 8. Amenities include 1 large slide out, Private master bedroom with two doors. Bunkbed, standing shower. 3 burner stove with oven. Outside awning with led lighting. Bring up to two allowed well behaved pets. Remote Key start Generator can be rented for $30 a day full with gas.

Please treat this trailer as if it were your own, no smoking allowed (deposit will be forfeited), This is a big one, No toilet paper in toilet, It will clog the toilet. There will be a small trash can with small trash bags provided in the bathroom. Leave trailer clean and in the same way it was received. All cleaning supplies ( vacuum, cleaning spray, Clorox wipes, broom, and Swiffer Wet mop will be provided. If returned dirty, an extra $100 cleaning fee will be charged and held from deposit. Trailer should be dumped before return, we can recommend a place close to our home before return if the campground you are staying at doesn't provide a dump station. If returned un-dumped, a $50 fee will be charged and held from deposit. The trailer is fully loaded all you need is your clothes, food, and your own camping chairs. We love dogs, bring up to two well behaved and potty trained dogs (no cats sorry) please don't allow them on the beds or furniture. If your pet causes damage to the trailer you risk loosing part or all your deposit based on damages. We hope you enjoy our trailer!

Trailer is fully stocked! Two smart Vizio TV's use your hotspots or wifi. (2) Rolls of paper towels, (4) toilet paper rolls. Plates, bowls, Utensils for Cooking and Eating, Cups, Coffee Mugs, Kureg Coffee Maker (bring your own K Kups), Blender, Pots and Pans. (1) Queen Bed (2) Twin Bunk Beds. (If not needed and you would like to bring your own sheets and comforters, please let me know in messages so I can remove them prior to pick up ) Trailer will be delivered with two full propane tanks and Full fresh water tank (both Complimentary but full water tank is on request through add on's ). Cleaning supplies will also be provided to clean the trailer before you return ( Gloves Clorox Wipes, Vacuum, Broom, Counter Cleaning Spray, Toilet brush and cleaner). If trailer is delivered dirty there will be a non refundable $100 fee held from deposit. Trailer is to be Dumped before return and everything needed to dump will be provided. If where you are staying doesn't offer dumping, we can suggest a nearby location to dump before you return. If delivered un dumped, $50 fee will be held from deposit. We have a Generator with a key fob start you can rent for $30 a day. Pets are welcome, we just ask they don't lay on the beds or furniture, and please vacuum their hair if they shed. Everything you need is provided to make it as enjoyable and stress free!:) Have fun!
