An oldie but a goodie! This cozy little rare Concord trailer is perfect for a small family camping getaway. Freshly painted, newly upholstered, and new floors and ceiling tiles. You have the option of hooking up to electricity or using propane. 2 closets and an open pantry offer plenty of space for your gear. You have the ability to run water to the sink, but there is no grey water tank. Grey water will need to be collected via bucket and disposed of appropriately. Working propane stovetop!What's includedOne full propane tank, family games, dishes and cookware provided.RecommendationsThis little camper is located near the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs. You can take it to the local KOA, one of the nearby 5 state parks, or dispersed camping areas in the Yampa Valley and surrounding area. This cute vintage trailer was exactly what we needed for our camping weekend. While it isn't fancy with all the creature comforts, it was clean, stocked with the appropriate supplies and kept us dry and warm. It was also remodeled, but keeping to the vintage vibe. Storage was better than some of the newer trailers, which is a bonus in my book. The only suggestion would be to make sure you bring a space heater if you have the ability to connect to electricity. Mountain evenings can get cold and this trailer did not have a space heat, but did have a nice fan. I would rent this trailer again!

I'm terms of the app, communicating was easy once we booked. It was nice to have insurance options. We took advantage of the introductory discount, which was very much appreciated. Had we not had that it may have been too expensive for us This particular rental was most enjoyable. It is 50 years old, but has no smell, the upholstery is new, the ceiling adorable, the beds quite comfortable. We used it only as a place to get out of the rain and to sleep, as we had friends with a bigger camper in which we could cook, clean and use the fridge. We were not near any hookups, so could only have used the propane stove in our rental.

The cutest little vintage RV! My husband, 9 year old daughter and I rented this for a weekend of camping in Steamboat. It was a nice upgrade from tent camping & super lightweight/easy to tow. The stove came in handy for all of our cooked meals! There was also a sink, which we did not use since we didn’t have access to water (I’m not sure if there’s a hookup, or if you can pre-fill a tank). It’s nice to know it’s there if needed for hand-washing or cleaning dishes. If you’re looking for something warmer & comfier than tent camping, along with a few extra amenities, this RV has you covered.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
For electricity, you can plug it into the 30amp plug or utilize the propane tanks. There is no heat, the electrical can handle a small space heater and charging a phone simultaneously. Please don’t plug in more than 2 things at a time. A water line can be connected but there is no grey water tank, so a 5 gallon bucket must be used to collect grey water. Please be sure to dispose of this water properly.
