1The host was very kind. However the rental had multiple issues in which we were charged extra for, let alone had to extend our finances in other rentals and hotels during our trip due to lack of use facilities in the RV. We were then charged extra and taken advantage of as our family is going through tough times with a sickly family member who requested a hospice wish trip. This unfortunate matter has been costly and the host does not want to be held responsible for the faulty items within the RV.

5The trip was great! Eugen was very helpful before, during and after the trip. We had a tight back-in site, and had a scrape on the lower fender from backing in. Eugen was very understanding, and he was willing to work with us to make sure we resolved the situation fairly. I would highly recommend renting from Eugen.
