**Perfect starter camper for small family or group of friends that just want to get away**Practically brand new cozy starter camper. Only taken on 3 camping trips with the longest one being a week. Only weighs 3400 lbs which makes it extremely easy to tow plus with it only being 22 feet long it's great for a beginner at towing as well. What's includedIt comes with all the basic necessities, fridge, stove, microwave, hot water, heater, A/C, and clean linen & towels. It also comes with a small fridge and small charcoal grill in the large back storage compartment. Since the photos, I have added a TV and dvd player so if you have movies, you can watch them as family or to entertain the kids while you enjoy the peaceful outdoors. Comes with 4 folding chairs and a small folding table as well in case the site doesn't have a picnic table. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to call.RecommendationsI recommend grilling out, bring some board games, maybe even a few DVDs to watch, just about anything you would like to do at home just to a smaller scale since it is only 22 feet long. You could also get information from the front desk at the campsite for more information about things to do in the area.Other things to noteNo smoking inside the camper, outside only please. Please remove all and dump holding tanks prior to returning. If you bring pets and the place ends up being muddy, please clean up the prints the best possible prior to returning.
