All pets are welcome in the trailer however if there is any pet hair left behind there will be additional fees deducted from your damage deposit. to avoid unexpected fees please select the pet cleaning fee extra if there will be pets inside the trailer.The rental preparation fee in mandatory on all bookings. it is too insure the trailer is inspected, clean, and stocked up for your booking. This fee does not include post trip cleaning. you are required to bring the trailer back in the condition that you received it inside and out.The towels and linens fee is mandatory on all bookings, this fee is to insure that all the beds are made with fresh sheets, clean towels provided, and everything is washed at the end of your booking.Amenities such as fire pit, bbq, camping chairs, propane camp stove, BBQ accessories, Tables, Etc that are included with the rental are expected to returned in the exact condition that you received them. you will be required to check out any items you would like for your trip and return them in the condition that you received them. The standard pick up time is 3 pm and drop off is 11 am.
