Benjamin was very cordial and welcomed us. He showed us around the camper, he shelters how to pop it open and he showed us all the amenities and explain to us how everything worked. He also let us know that if we had any problems to call and let him know. He also gave us the roadside assistance number just in case we needed it. We had a wonderful time and the camper was just what we needed. His communication with us was outstanding!

Drew is an excellent owner, and it was a pleasure to rent his RV. We spent three weeks traveling and exploring the U.S. Sometimes it took a little time to get a response, but that's because he's a busy man. Drew and his family also provided a welcome package with lovely notes. We really enjoyed every single day on the road; it felt like home, far away from home. We had some small issues with ants at first, we quickly resolved them and alerted Charles about it. Other than that everything was great. The camper was delivered and set up in a timely manner with no issues.
