Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the van under any circumstances. If the van is returned smelling like smoke you will forfeit your entire security deposit. • NO festivals, any concerts at the Gorge, tailgating, towing, or standing on the roof (rear hitch has a lock on it) • NO taking the van out of the 48 continental states • NO off-roading (rocks, dirt, mud, etc) Please keep van on paved and state park gravel roads. If the van is returned with evidence or damage underneath or around vehicle from taking vehicle off-road you will forfeit your entire security deposit. You may take the vehicle on Pre-approved beaches; with an additional $125 cleaning fee, the process to remove all the sand from the vehicle is lengthy and very tedious. • The vehicle is expected to be returned reasonably clean, wiped down inside free of mud, sand and dirt. Cleaning supplies are provided. If the van is negligently returned overtly dirty, trace of bad odors, animal hairs etc it will be professionally cleaned and the cost subtracted from the security deposit. • Fuel tank is full at the rental beginning - $50 charge plus cost of gas will be applied if the tank is not returned full. • The cassette toilet and grey water tank are empty at the rental beginning - $75 charge will be applied if grey tank is not returned empty $150 charge is toilet is not returned empty 100% clean and sanitized without odors. There is quick and easy RV dump site across the street next to Tigard High school • We love our add-ons and take good care of them. Items rented that are abused or neglected and returned damaged, excessively scratched or broken will result in charges withdrawn from security deposit at owners discretion for depreciation. • There is a GPS tracker in the van for both your protection and that of our van
