2008 Winnebago Outlook
"Mama Bee" is a spacious 31-ft RV with all the amenities you would ever want on an outdoor adventure. The sliding side wall for the dining area and sofa make it even more spacious when you reach your destination. With a full kitchen, a real bathroom (with separate shower) and a primary bedroom suite that includes an amazingly comfortable queen-sized bed and two closets, this is your "home away from home!" The outside living area is comfortable too with the attached awning that spans most of the length of the RV. I've included portable fencing with two gates so you can keep young children and your pets safe outside, and four folding camp chairs. A multi-use propane grill is available for an additional charge for your increased pleasure. There's also an outside wash station with sprayer for those dirty feet and dirtier dogs!
Safety and comfort features for Mama Bee include self-leveling jacks, a backup camera and self-defrosting side mirrors. There's also an electric step that retracts when not in use to make getting in and out of the rig easier. Since the RV is equipped with water, electric and sewer hook-ups, I've included the black water hose supports and even a heated water hose for camping in colder weather. There's thermostatically controlled heat and AC for the warmer weather too.
You're welcome to bring your own entertainment, but there is already a 32" Firestick television mounted so it's viewable from the living room, the kitchen or the bunk area. There are also some games, cards and puzzles to keep you amused.
If you want to prepare meals inside, there's a double sink, a three-burner propane-fueled stovetop, a microwave and a surprisingly large refrigerator with separate freezer. I've included dinnerware and eating utensils for four, some pots and pans and cooking basics so you don't have to pack those from home.
Mama Bee may be a 2008 model but she has rarely been used with only 35,000 miles to her credit. She's hardly broken in! With her strong E450 ten-cylinder engine, you have all the power you need to roll down the highway or climb those hills. You'll find all the comforts of home but you can take this vacation home on the road to wherever you want to relax and unwind. Do you think you're ready for your next Adventure? Mama Bee can take you there, make it enjoyable while you stay and return you safely home again. What's includedClean bedding and pillows for the queen bed, overhead bunk, and a satin "sleeping bag for the sofa or dining room conversion. You'll also find towels (for 4), toilet paper, body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower, dinnerware for four, pots and pans, cooking utensil basics, spices, dish soap/dishtowels, paper towels, four folding camp chairs, portable fencing , games, cards/puzzles, first aid kit, flashlights, dog supplies, and fans.RecommendationsMama Bee is great for visiting state and national parks, especially those with hook-ups for your greater convenience. She loves ocean, lake or river views and forests are her happy place. All the windows provide wonderful views of your surroundings as well as windows that all open to let in soft breezes and nature sounds. Some locations to consider: Mt Rainier, Mt St Helen's, Olympic Peninsula, coastal towns in WA/OR, wine tasting in Walla Walla, SeattleOther things to note(1) No smoking, chewing tobacco or vaping inside the van, please and thank you!
(2) We love our furry friends but we only accept those up to 30 lbs (please see the pet add-on)
(3) The awning should never be extended in windy or rainy weather. Either can damage the material.
I only ask that you treat my RV with the same care and respect as if it was your own.

I bought my rig to do some short distance adventuring, but I don't get much opportunity to use it and, sadly, it just sits in my yard. When I bought it last year, it was a 2008 model but only had 27K miles on it, so the previous owner didn't use it much either. So sad...Mama Bee (which I lovingly named her) has so much to offer and was built for traveling. She's ready to go! Are you?

It was a pleasure renting MAMA BEE, and the host was superb! Sandy was welcoming and the RIG made a fine home for our two dogs and family for our extended labor day weekend at our bi-annual family reunion.

The RV was great. It had a squeaking noise that was a bit annoying. Also, one of the bedroom blinds didn't work but they were aware of this. Sandy was a joy to work with. All in all it was a great experience with Mama Bee.

Q.Can you deliver the RV to me and pick it up when we return?
A.
We can deliver and pick up the RV to your location within 50 miles for a fee of $50. The gas in the tank will also be lower as a result as well.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
The start time is reserved for you, so there is no flexibility there, however, if you want or need more time, you can add additional half days if the rig is not scheduled for someone else right away. See Add ons for more information.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Hookups for all three are easy if you are somewhere that has them. We will show you how to do so upon delivery.
Q.Can I really drive a vehicle that is this big?
A.
Believe me, I was hesitant at first too, but it is easier than you think. You have to get used to not having a rear view mirror, but you have a rearview camera above the dashboard that can be on the entire time you are moving. You need to be more alert than in your car just because you have bigger blind spots and the vehicle is larger. Narrow lanes or roads will make you a bit nervous at first but if big rig trucks can get through them, so can you.
