Appliances are top of the line and you have an electric heater to make it cozy. Great one bedroom with a king size for privacy. As well as a sofa bed for company. And can’t miss the island for gatherings with loved ones. Plus your two recliner chairs. This unit comes with fresh linens including bedding, towels and hand towels. Strongly encouraged to bring extra blankets/comforters/sleeping bags/pillows for the sofa bed. Bath towels, hand towels, and dish towels are provided. Utensils including dishes,spoons/forks/knives/pots/pans/griddle are provided by owners.

Prior to pickup/delivery, owners will do thorough walk through inside and outside of the unit by video and picture to ensure it returns in the same condition. Owners will also go thru how to use everything and how to set up/tear down unit to ensure renters have a smooth trip. Owners require the person(s) on the reservation to be there during walk thru/drop off/pickup to ensure everyone is on the same page! Please keep open communication with owners if anything arises so we can ensure you have a smooth trip!

Now to the meat!! This unit comes with 2 AC units (lounge and bedroom). Built-in solar panels to keep batteries charged when boon-docking and two propane tanks. Two TVs. One smart TV in king size bed room and one TV in lounge area. Large refrigerator with French doors. An island with full sink and 3-burner gas stove along with oven and microwave. Full size pantry. Big stand up shower.
