This is a brand new travel trailer, with all of the amenities of home. If you’ve ever wanted to explore the Florida crystal clear springs without having to “rough it” while camping, this is the best way to camp. We will deliver and set up for you at the campsite of your reservation/choice. What's included• 2 bedroom spaces. Master has a queen bed. 2nd bedroom has 3 bunk-style beds. Top 2 bunks cannot support anyone over 150lbs. The bottom bunk is stable for an adult.
• Dining table makes a full bunk size & jackknife sofa also creates a small bed.
• Small convertible foam sofa, chair, beds also in bunk room and can be rearranged as needed.
• Full inside kitchen, with all cooking tools. Outdoor grill and mini fridge.
• There is an indoor and an outdoor shower, both with hot water.RecommendationsWe love all the local to North Central Florida Springs and rivers. SantaFe River and the numerous spring runs, Poe Springs, Mermaid Springs, Rum Island, Ichetucknee Springs on weekdays.
Campgrounds we enjoy are High Springs Campground, Fanning Springs, Gilchrist Blue Springs, Hart Springs, Moonshine Acres, Strawberry Fields in Chiefland too.

This includes cannabis and THC carts. This is our private family camper as well and we would like to keep it nice for years of adventures for everyone, including guests. No deep frying foods inside the camper. We provided an air fryer and also an outdoor table for messy cooking. This saves us endless grease cleanup and your ears from the smoke alarms going off endlessly. Most of all, have a fun adventure and make memories!

• We have a “leave no trace” standard. When following the clean up process located within your binder, I will not assess an additional cleaning fee. However, if you leave a mess, I reserve the right to charge you $20 per hour of cleaning required to turn around the camper for the next guests, up to the cost of your deposit. Please respect the camper, as this is a brand new family adventure home for us all.
• Outdoor cooking is encouraged at the grill area. We included an additional cooktop there as well. Inside has an air fryer and full kitchen.
• A hammock is provided. Please, check your campground rules before you set it up on their trees.
• Extra bedding is provided in the labeled storage areas, along with extra towels. The Turkish towels are excellent for the springs, outdoors. Please, don’t use the plush bath towels for outside activities.
• The ROKU tv has a dedicated remote and you can sign into all of your favorite apps to relax after a day on the water.
• Please, do not leave windows open during the day, while away, or in the rain.
• All pets must be approved prior to reservation acceptance. No pet left alone inside of the camper without being in a crate. We have provided a small crate for you or you can bring your own. If your pet damages anything, you will be responsible for replacing whatever was damaged.
• We tried to think of everything you would need for a great experience. We are not perfect though! So we left a notebook for you to write about your adventures and to give us tips and feedback about how we can make your stay even better.
• Please reach out if you have any questions about camper tech, features, and/or recommendations for local businesses.
