The RV was spacious, well appointed, with a comfy bed. Tyson was prompt with delivery, but had poor orientation and didn’t hook up to city water (realized later that night). There was a major water leak that emptied the water tank. My husband had to FaceTime with Tyson for assistance with diagnosing the problem and hooking up to city water. Unfortunately we didn’t have access to the location of the leak and Tyson advised not to use water. We didn’t have water until late afternoon the following day. Outdoorsy rep advised any refund to account for inconvenience of no water had to be arranged with the owner. I mentioned this to Tyson via text message, but this was ignored. I would recommend this RV but needs better orientation and booklet to reference with operational instructions and other information.
