My rating is really a 4.5/5, and I had a fantastic trip. Wilson is a beast! Jake was responsive to questions and easy to deal with, and he was flexible about pickup/return times to accommodate my flight times. The van was clean and in good repair, and the bed was super comfy. The videos and the printed manual made it easy to manage the battery system. Out of 7 nights, I only had access to shore power on the second night and I never ran out of juice. It was very convenient to have the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker so I could stay basically self-contained, which was important because a lot of things weren't open for the season yet in the national parks I visited. The only deduction in my rating is the result of a previous review; that person complained about too much random stuff in the van, so it was all removed and things that were advertised as amenities (such as coffee cups, Solo cups, etc) were not there. I had to purchase them, which was really just a minor inconvenience but if I had known ahead of time I would have brought them from home. So just verify ahead of time to make sure that things you will need are included. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely take Wilson on another trip!

Great experience for a first-timer, Karavan was our home for 5days and did not have any problem for our whole stay. Kara is such a nice host, very communicative and friendly. We had a blast exploring Utah.

The trip was fantastic. Chris was so helpful with every aspect of our planning and actual travels. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The van handled wonderfully. So easy to drive and get around. The only thing I would say is there is limited room for your own food and supplies as they have it a bit overstocked with repeat items. Loved the experience and very good bang for your buck.
