This is a 25 Foot RV that is very easy to drive and park. It sleeps 6 people, has a large storage compartment 70 cubic ft. with a two door access. and is fully self contained with a built in 4000 Watt Onan generator. It is dealer serviced and very well maintained. What's included"Bring your own bedsheets, pillows and blankets"Other things to noteValid Drivers License is required and the driver must be at least 25 years of age. No Towing, however I will allow a bike rack or a cargo carrier. No Smoking in the RV or travel into Mexico.

I take great pride in all the vehicles I ever owned. maintenance as well as cleanliness inside and out. I bought this RV because it has a Triton V-10 engine. Very dependable with a excellent history and track record along with plenty of horsepower and torque. If you rent this you wont be chugging up the hill in the slow lane!! Plus being 25 feet long its not to big not too small. Every RV park will accommodate you. If your rig is bigger then 25 feet it might be a challenge to reserve a space. I believe It is not good for RV's to sit too long so that's why I rent it when I am not using it.

Richard is very nice and responsive. He answered all my questions and concerns instantly before the trip, and he prepared almost all supplies we need in RV. The RV was maintained very well by him. He was available all the time when i texted him for any questions during the trip. I will recommend Richard and his RV to my friends.
