Super Clean 2025 Forester 24' (PET Friendly)

While we had a great experience with the functionality of the RV itself, I feel it is important to warn future renters about the post-rental fee structure. Despite our history of renting on this platform without issue, we were surprised by nearly $900 in surprise charges (35% of our total rental cost) immediately after returning the vehicle. These included fees for a pet (we do not have one), cleaning (the interior was left in excellent condition), an awning "usage" fee (despite no instruction on operation being provided at pickup), and late return fees (despite a prior verbal agreement for a later drop-off). I acknowledge that these fees were technically within the contract I signed, and this has been a hard lesson learned regarding the necessity of reading every fine-print detail. However, the sheer number of "gotcha" fees made the post-rental experience feel predatory. We enjoyed the RV itself, but the lack of transparency regarding these charges means I cannot recommend this renter.

The RV was as described and worked well for our family. No drama or issues at all - we could just enjoy our time together.

Great motor home, such convenient features. And stellar host communication. He was always available for questions during the trip.

Great RV, friendly renters

The camper was great, very clean, comfortable and well put together. Drove great too. Had a great trip. Was my first RV trip, Evgeniy walked us how to use everything and where all the equipment/tools were located. Would definitely rent again!
