About this RV

Strong vehicle. Starts easily, no mechanical issues. All systems work. New Toyo tires, less than 8000 miles. Newly re-sealed roof, 2016, no leaks. New, custom installed carpet. Clean inside and out. No odors. All kitchen and plumbing functional, no issues. Extra custom shelving added to interior. Couch removed to allow for a work table. Dining table converts to a bed. Rear Queen bed. Driver and passenger chair swivel around to cabin area. New battery. Low hours on generator. AC works GREAT. 3 solar panels and inverter installed by Mike Thompson RV in 2016. 3 burner stove, oven, exhaust fan. Thermostat. Propane operated. Gas, not diesel. Drives well. Traveled from CA to Texas and from Texas to Oregon with no issues in the heat of summer. 28', no slide outs. A very convenient motor home with lots of TLC and all systems functioning. 2020 UPDATE: 4 back up batteries added and system wiring fully checked out. Inverter so you have outlet power even with genny off (if batteries not depleted) New ceiling hatches, bunch of new light fixtures. We put a lot of TLC into this rig. We enjoy her and hope that you do to! (This is an ACTIVE LISTING. I will respond to you rapidly.)

What’s included?

See the photos for a good set of visuals. Fresh linens, two sets of towels. 6 sets of plates, cups, bowls, cutlery. Various pots/pans. (in the winter we'll add extra blankets)

3 SOLAR PANELS, 1800 WATT INVERTER - what that means...You can use the power outlets with out running the generator. [Not a coffee maker or a heater...but as long as you've not drained the batteries too low, you can use the outlets without the genny.] And, if you do drain the batteries, just turn on the genny to bulk charge them. Parking in sunlight will charge batteries. Or shore power, or driving. She's set up for off grid use - dare I say..."glamping!"

Unless you are super "RV Familiar", please plan on me spending about an hour or so with you to answer your questions and familiarize you with the rig.

Other things to note

She will come to you with batteries charged, full tank of gas, full tank of fresh water and propane. She will be clean and disinfected. All her fluids will be topped off and her tire pressures recently checked. We just ask that you treat her right.

When you return her, if you don't want to dump, I can do it for you. I charge $35 for that service. If you don't want to refuel or fill up the propane, that's ok too, I'll charge $65 for the service, plus the fuel and propane. Either way is ok, but this way you know up front what I charge for these services.

She's a Chevy 454 Workhorse engine. (More than one mechanic has told me that's the best engine ever made...just saying...) She drives like a beast. Very strong.

I fully expect you to bring her back dirty. Not filthy, disgusting, but well used. A basic cleaning is included in your fee so don't worry too much. That said, if it takes me 6 hours to get XYZ cleaned up, please understand that there will be an added fee.

One more thing - please, please, don't smoke in the vehicle. And please no 420 product usage in the vehicle. The cleaning fee if she comes back smelling of smoke or 420 will be, let me be blunt, extreme. Really don't want her smoked in. (Sorry...thank you!)

The most important thing is your safety, then your fun. Go make some awesome memories!! (ps. we love pictures!)

Garron was super kind and helpful. He gave a very informative and thorough tutorial upon pick up. The Daybreak was an incredible home away from home. Having solar power was a very nice feature.

We rented this rv for a Yellowstone trip, Garron was easy to work with, very friendly, and explained everything. He was very responsive to any questions or messages. The rv runs great and everything works good, the solar panels charged the batteries so well we barely used the generator. It was easy to drive and big enough for the family, we made a lifelong memory for our family. Highly recommended!

The Guntens put their RV together for us in extremely short notice. They are amazing people, and we had the time of our lives on this trip. They walked us through everything we needed to know, we have zero complaints:) it was an awesome vacation! We were kayaking for 10 because our wedding had to be postponed, their camper carried everything we needed it too with room to spare!!!!!!!
