2.0We were excited to rent from Denis, as we typically tent camp and this was an exciting upgrade for us. Unfortunately Denis made a mistake when he delivered and set up the trailer, which caused the trailers battery to drain quickly and not stay charged. For most of our trip we did not have power (like we were tent camping again) or we had to run the generator (which we had to refuel often). Denis was apologetic and said he would refund us for our trip, which we really appreciated. Since returning home however Denis has not communicated well and Outdoorsy shared he does not intend to refund us for our trip. If you have the trailer delivered, ensure it is set up properly so you do not experience the same issue. Also be sure to get anything he states in writing.
