Perfect for a family get-away. Can comfortably sleep up to 5 adults, or a couple adults and 4 young children. Queen size murphy bed with 3 in memory foam mattress topper, fold down dinning table, and two large bunk beds( 1 adult or 2 children each). Pillows, linins, and blankets for master bed provided. Full kitchen with 3 burner stove, oven, microwave and compact fridge. Pots, pan, and Includes a solar panel for charging the battery making it perfect for dry camping. Pillows, linens, and blankets for the main bed; dish soap, surface cleaner, and toilet paper are provided. Basic pots ,pans, mugs and eating utensils are provided for light cooking as well as plastic cups and plates. Will come with full propane and fresh water tank. We are dog friendly but there will be a $50 animal fee per pet per stay.If you plan on dry camping, small electronics such as the USB outlets, radio/speakers, lights, refrigerator, awning, and furnace will be functional; but the large electronics such as the microwave, TV, standard electrical outlets, and air conditioner will not be functional. A generator can be used to power the large electronics, and we offer one as an add on.Delivery only unless vehicle and driver approved prior to booking. Delivery and set up available between Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. Base rate is $4 per mile with a minimum of $200. We are flexible with pickup and drop off time but will not pickup or deliver on major holidays or to the sand dunes.
