Coastal Coachman: Your Florida Freedom Ride

Basic Rules of the Road for Renting Coastal Coachman We want every renter to enjoy a safe, comfortable, and memorable trip in Coastal Coachman, our Coachmen Freelander Class C RV. To help protect the RV and make sure each guest has a great experience, renters are expected to follow these basic rules: Only approved drivers listed on the rental agreement may drive the RV. Drivers must follow all traffic laws, speed limits, parking rules, campground rules, and posted height and weight restrictions. The RV should be driven carefully, with extra attention when turning, backing up, changing lanes, entering gas stations, and parking. No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed inside the RV. Please treat the camper like a home and return it clean, with trash removed, dishes washed, personal items cleared out, and the interior in good condition. Pets are only allowed if approved in advance. The RV must stay on paved or well-maintained roads. No off-roading, beach driving, mud trails, or unapproved remote areas are allowed. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by unsafe driving, low-clearance accidents, backing accidents, tire damage, interior damage, awning damage, or misuse of RV systems. The awning must be retracted during wind, rain, storms, overnight sleeping, or anytime the RV is unattended. Water, sewer, propane, generator, slide-outs, appliances, and electrical hookups must be used properly and according to instructions provided at pickup. Renters must report any accident, damage, warning light, mechanical concern, or maintenance issue immediately. The RV must be returned on time, with fuel, propane, gray water, black water, and cleaning requirements completed according to the rental agreement.
