2021 Crossroads RV Zinger Lite
2021 Crossroads RV Zinger Lite

Smoke free RV. This RV is perfect for couples or a family of four. Great for SUVs and Mid-size trucks. We have a full-size pickup and we forget we're towing an RV sometimes since it's so light. It only weighs 3400!
It is equipped with a queen-sized bed, bunkbeds and kitchen dinette that converts into a singles bed. This RV has worked great for our little family. We are a family of four, including myself, my wife, two toddlers and a dog. We like to camp a lot and have made some necessary modifications that make glamping (glamorous camping) just a little bit more convenient. For instance, we installed a built in Electrical Management System (EMS) so we wouldn't have to deal with a surge protector. We put up some handy Ikea organizers on the bathroom walls to save space and to help organize toiletries. You'll have space for all your shampoos and conditioners and razors and you won't have to camp out of your toiletries bag. There's tons of space underneath the queen bed to store all your large luggage bags, including space under the dinette seats for smaller duffel bags and more space for larger items underneath the bottom bunk. There's plenty of overhead space to unpack all your clothes and tuck them nicely out of sight, again so you're not camping out of your travel bags.
Creature comforts: large refrigerator with a freezer, medium size microwave (breadbox), two burner stove, deep kitchen sink and Coffee pot. Bathroom with a toilet and shower. Oh, and a Smart TV with a boosted antenna and Hdmi hookup for your gaming devices.
On the outside, there's a huge electric awning and a very bright white LED light on both sides of the RV. There's two 115v electric hookups on the front exterior side and an outdoor wash station on the backside. There's also a large carrying rack on the tail end for your yeti or extras; 200lb limit.
We also have a generator available to rent in the Add-ons section.
Inside inclusions:
Coffee Pot, electric skillet, 12" pan, cutting knives, spatulas, tongs, serving spoon, trash bags, bowls, cups, plates, salad bowl, large food plates, dish rack, clean bunkbed sheets, bunkbed pillows, 4 rolls of RV toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash from a shower dispenser, 4 bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 4 dish towels. Anything extra in there are other things we use when we camp, but feel free to use them as well. Games: Rack-O (a classic), two poker card decks, and UNO.
Outside inclusions: Two 10' sewer hoses with clear 90 degree waste dump connector, sewer hose support brackets (Sidewinder), two potable water hoses and one water filter, disposable nitrile gloves, a water pressure regulator, two folding lawn chairs, an 8'x10' RV carpet mat, and an extension cord.
Although it doesn't require one at this weight class, we have a weight distribution hitch if you'd like to use it as well. But a standard 2" ball hitch will work. I can supply you with a zero drop hitch or the Weight Distribution Hitch or you can bring your own. If you have a lifted truck, you'll need to supply your own drop hitch for whatever size your lift is in order to bring the trailer height back down to level.
You'll need to bring your own silverware (disposable is easier for cleanup). We'll supply you with the bunkbed sheets and pillows for the bunks, and pillows, sheets and quilt for the queen. Most families like to bring sleeping bags for the bunks to get that full camping experience.
NO SMOKING. No smoking in the RV or near the door. A full deposit fee will be taken if it smells like cigarette smoke in the RV. My clients expect a smoke free RV and I cannot rent out to the next client if it smells like smoke.
My Cleaning Fee is $75, and an Extensive Cleaning fee is $250-$500. No cleaning fee will be charged if you return the RV just as clean as you took it. Please place all used linens in the shower pan after your stay and take out the trash before returning. Clean out the fridge, don't leave any food behind.
Black/Gray Tank Fee is $40 if not returned empty.
One 15lbs tank of propane is on us. You don't need to refill the tank before you return it. If you need more while you're camping, please try to refill the tank rather than trade it in for another tank.

The RV was perfect for my weekend trip. Christian provided all the necessary instruction to get the camper setup quickly and easily at the campsite.

We had a great time using Christian’s camper, it was perfect for our family of six. It was very comfortable and had everything we could need for our camping experience. He was very nice host. I will definitely look for his trailer next time we plan a camping trip, 100% recommended.

This was my first time renting a camper and it was a little intimidating to remember all of the things to do. Christian was super helpful and very informative on the workings of the camper. I have to say I was really proud of myself and remembered all but one thing.

Christian was wonderful from booking to the very end. His RV was very comfy, nice sheets👍😊, and had plenty of outlets/power; even had games for the kids and a little coffee maker for mommy😬. We’ve only booked an RV twice, but Christian was easy to reach, super polite and made our trip go smoothly…..definitely would book with him again!

Pickup and return went fine. Overall the RV is fine. It was not as clean as it should have been at pickup and there were ants visible in the trailer. At least one of those ants was killed while crawling on my arm while I tried to sleep during our trip. I have rented many RV’s and owned 1 and have never had an ant problem.
Sadly there was some miscommunication about the black tank emptying as I was messaged during my trip with the option to have the owner empty the tank so it could be “flushed properly” so I did that and then was charged for not emptying it. I think it was just an honest miscommunication but it was annoying since I already had a plan to empty the tanks before leaving the park. So be clear when discussing options with the owner so there are no unexpected charges. We left the trailer much cleaner than we got it so that was a little disappointing.
Also, the only spare roll of TP in the trailer did not appear to be RV rated, causing a small inconvenience.
