2011 Tioga Ranger
The Tioga is a very well kept 2011, and will charm you from the moment you enter it. Featuring 2 queen beds and a convertible dinette for the kids. One bed is above the cab, and the other is in the back. It has a full kitchen with a gas stove, oven, sink, Refrigerator/freezer, and storage cabinets. The bathroom has a roomy shower and toilet, and the sink and medicine cabinet are outside the bathroom door. A mirrored wardrobe cabinet will nicely hold all of your clothes and overhead cabinets will serve as extra storage for all of your belongings for your vacation. There is one slide out on the drivers side that opens up your living space for a roomy interior. There's even a TV/DVD player for the kiddos!What's includedThe kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare your meals and feast for up to 6 people (food not included), including small appliances like a French press coffee maker, toaster, and electric tea kettle. Towels and linens can be provided for an extra fee.Other things to notePets are welcome for an extra deposit of $50/pet.Festivals are allowed for an extra deposit and extra cleaning fee.Burning Man rental being offered at a flat rate of $6000 for 10 days. This includes unlimited miles. Extra days will be charged at the regular daily rate, and generator hours are still charged at $3/hr after the first 4 hours per day. We will NOT offer linens and towels for the Burn. You must bring your own. Also, there will be an extra cleaning fee of $500 if the RV is brought back dirty.No smoking!
