This Beautiful trailer is the perfect vehicle to escape the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. This rig features a rear bunkhouse, one of the most amazing outside kitchens you'll ever see, and dual entry, plus so much more!As you enter the trailer, to your right there is a private front bedroom with a queen bed and shirt closets on either side including overhead cabinets above the bed. Heading back to the main living area there is a slide out with a u-shaped dinette and hide-a-bed sofa along the road side slide out. An entertainment center is adjacent to the sofa for easy viewing. Along the door side there is an angled countertop with a kitchen sink, three burner range, counter space, overhead cabinets, refrigerator, and a pantry.The full bath is centrally located between the main living area and the bunkhouse. The bath features a shower, sink with medicine cabinet above, and a toilet. Plus there is a second entrance from the outside making quick trips inside a breeze.The rear bunkhouse has a slide with a sleep & play on the bottom and a bunk above. Along the wall across from the sleep & play area there is a bunk above storage. A wardrobe is just outside the bunkhouse door.If you enjoy cooking outside, the outdoor kitchen will come in handy. There is a two burner cook-top, refrigerator, sink, counter space, and overhead storage, plus much more inside and outside!This rig is a delivery only rig, so we will do all of the work for you! You just need to show up and enjoy your adventure!What's includedCookware (pots, pans, plates, forks, spoons, knives, etc.), utensils, and linens are included; Coffee maker. Cleaning supplies stocked. If there is anything else you would like, just let us know!Other things to noteReturns are due from noon until 2:00p, at 2:01p you are late and may incur a $50 late fee unless otherwise discussed. Pick up is from 3pm until 4pm unless otherwise discussed. At 4:01p you are late and may incur a $50 late fee. Delivery is from noon until 3pm. The renter must be present at time of delivery, no first come first serve RV slots will be delivered to. RV slot reservation confirmation email must be forwarded to owner at least two days before delivery is due. AWNING SHOULD BE ROLLED BACK UP EVERY NIGHT DUE TO HIGH WIND POTENTIAL. This is a 50 amp rv, so rv sites with 50 amp hookups are recommended. We cannot guarantee all appliances will work at a 30 amp site.

We use our trailers ourselves and enjoy spending time with family and visiting places around Texas as much as you do. We pride ourselves on customer service, clean trailers, and an all-inclusive experience. Nick and Clay were awesome. We had a last minute cancellation from someone else and they came through in the clutch. The camper has awesome amenities to include the outdoor kitchen. We never had to cook inside because of it. From start to finish these guys were awesome.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We offer very flexible delivery and pickup times, but a lot of times it depends on where you are staying. Most TX state parks have a check-in time of 3pm and a check out time of 2 pm.
We'll work with you on whatever you need, just ask!
