Two bedroom, very clean, non smoking, well maintained travel trailer. This unit features a private bedroom with television, full sized bed, storage for clothes, private entrance, fantastic fan, window. Bathroom features shower, toilet, sink and medicine cabinet. Living area features large television, radio, dvd player, kitchen island with double sink and storage, refrigerator, stove top, microwave, kitchen basics, pull out sofa, fireplace, dinette that seats four. An extra chair(the expectation is that this chair Will NOT be used outside) is provided for convenience, air conditioning, pantry storage. The bunk house features four windows, fantastic fan, small closet and two drawers. Outdoor speakers. Two propane tanks. The outdoor kitchen is not available for guest use.What's included•basic kitchen items: pots and pans, flatware, cooking utensils, dishesOther things to noteThis is a non smoking and pet free unit as we have allergies.
