We took Red Lightning from DC to the Shenandoah River and Deep Creek Lake, and stayed at Hipcamps by the water in both places, making for an unforgettable getaway. Having two big beds, fans, a kitchen with fridge and stove, a bathroom, and device charging power when needed made for very comfortable 'camping' experiences. The Winnebago is in excellent condition and was a perfect size for us: a family of two adults and two boys. It was big enough to fit us and all our stuff (and then some) but small enough to make it easy to drive and get around. Robert was easy to work with and very responsive when questions arose. We highly recommend renting Red Lightning!
