- A pre-inspection walkthrough of the camper will cover features and use, this takes approximately 30-40 minutes and is required prior to pick up. - All included and/or rented items, equipment, hoses, cords, devices, furniture, appliances need to be clean, and in the same condition they were received at the time of the return of the camper to avoid damage claims. - Delivery / Drop off roundtrip scheduling will require proof of RV site accommodations before dropping off and pickup in most cases. (ask questions before the rental) - Provided linens need to be free of stains, tears or damage. - Proper storage of items while towing is needed to prevent damage or spillage. - Pets are not allowed to prevent allergies to other customers. - Hoses, cords, fittings, need to be rolled and/or stored in the proper locations. - Sewer hoses need to be flushed with water. - Check tire pressures often, fill to the psi noted on the tires. - Only human waste and RV approved toilet paper can be flushed down the commode. - Trailer 7-pin cable, emergency brake must be used when towing. - Trailer tire blocks are to be used to when parked. - Stabilizer jacks require the blocks provided. - All towing vehicles must provide current insurance, inspection, and registration to be approved. - A safety check list and inventory check list will require signing at the time of pickup and drop off. - Black water and gray water tanks must be flushed and empty. - Do not drive with full wastewater tanks. - The wastewater pipe must be closed and capped while towing. - The window shades need to be raised and lowered slowly. - Turn off all gas appliances when not in use. - Theft or missing items will result in a damage claim. - All latches and clasps must be engaged and in the locked position prior to towing.
