-The standard pick-up and drop-off times are pick-up 4:00pm and drop-off 12:00pm unless other arrangements have been made. We understand that things don't always go as planned so make sure to communicate with us and we will make every attempt to accommodate different times if possible.
-For rentals 7-9 days a $30 propane fee is required to help pay for extra propane use. For rentals 10+ days a $45 propane fee will be required.
-We expect that Captain Carter will return in the same or better condition as he did when he left. If he has not been cared for appropriately an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged.
-We're sure after being out on the road for a day or two Captain carter will need a good dump. If he returns without being taken to the bathroom an additional dump fee of $100 will be charged.
-If you are having the trailer delivered you are still responsible to have the trailer cleaned out. If this is not possible please contact us so that we can work it out before hand.
-The batteries will only last about 24 hours without being charged so you will need a generator or to be plugged in to get all the benefits of the electricity. The air conditioning and plugs will not run on the batteries. The fan will run on the air conditioner but will not get cold unless you are plugged in or generator powered. The fridge is electric only and does run off the batteries and while plugged in or generator powered.
-If the vehicle does not have anti-sway on it already it is required that you select the Anti-Sway Hitch from the option fees to help keep Captain Carter in good standing condition.
If towing, your vehicle must have a:
-Minimum towing capacity of 6700 lbs.
-Hitch weight capacity of at least 863 lbs.
-7-pin round type connection
-Electric brake controller installed and operating
-2 5/16-inch hitch receiver.

5This trailer was perfect for our family of 6. TJ was great to walk us through the process of everything, and flexible with pickup and delivery. Great experience! They even left a nice welcome gift in the fridge for us. Would def rent from them again!

5TJ was great at communicating with us. Was willing to work with us on an earlier pickup. He walked through the trailer with us and pointed out items known to him. Very easy to work with and the rig was great. We did dry camp and had to run the generator each day to charge the batteries.

How much is it to rent the generator?
A.
The generator is $25/day. It is a dual fuel generator meaning it will run off both gasoline and propane. It comes with a full tank of gas and then if you go through that you can hook it to the propane. The generator must be returned with a full tank of unleaded gasoline.

Are there propane charges?
A.
We charge a propane fee for trips longer than 7 days and also for any use over one full tank.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pick up time during the week is 4:30 pm or after. We are usually available anytime Saturday and Sundays. That said we are willing to try and make whatever we can work. Just ask and we will do our best to accommodate your need.
