- No smoking of any kind
- Dog friendly only please
- The trailer clearance is 12 ft.
- 30 amp power source is required to run the rooftop air conditioner. Running several appliances, lights, etc. at the same time without 30 amp should not, but may pop a breaker.
- Using the propane and electric hot water will give you extra time in the shower. However, if you you use the LP heater, you MUST turn it off after showering. Leaving it on will burn out the heating element and you will be charged accordingly.
- If you are not hooked up to a constant water source (i.e. you are running on a filled fresh water tank), you will be limited to 40 gallons of fresh water before you will need to fill the tank again.
- Please be conscious of emptying tanks frequently if you are not at a full hookup site. Failure to do so will cause backups into the camper. You have roughly 50 minutes of running water and each tank (black and gray) holds about 40 gallons.
- Gray (shower & sinks) and black (toilet) tanks will be empty upon pickup/delivery. Please empty and flush out both tanks prior to returning the camper. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fine.
- Propane tanks will be full upon pickup/delivery.
- Please do not leave the ceiling vents or windows open if you are not present to close them Rain will get in, which will result in water damage and a wet bed for you.
- Please retract the awning at night and do not leave it open if high winds are expected.
- When shutting down the camper prior to travel, please ensure all appliances, soap dishes, knife blocks, etc. are stored in the appropriate places shown to you during the walkthrough to avoid breaking them or damaging the camper. Please also make sure that the bathroom door, closet door, cabinet doors and refrigerator are closed tight and that the outdoor refrigerator is strapped to the wall.
- When shutting down the camper prior to travel, please ensure the t.v. is facing the bedroom and that the doors are latched together . Failure to do so can damage the t.v. and will cause the doors to come off the hinges.
- Please put all hoses, surge protectors and electrical cords back in their original bags. Any missing hoses or electric components will be charged according to their value.
- One set of keys (door key and hatch key) will be provided for each rental. If keys are not returned, there will be a $20 fine for replacement.
- Please take all trash with you.
- Our phone numbers will be posted on the note board in the camper. Please reach out to us anytime with questions or concerns.
- Most importantly - Enjoy!

Steve and Amy were an absolute pleasure to work with! The campber was beautiful, clean, well stocked and a joy to stay in. Steve and Amy were amazing communicators, courteous, polite, helpful and kind. This was the first time the owners of our campsite had ever worked with a camper rental and they commented on how nice Amy and Steve were and that they would be happy to work with them again any time. We met at the campsite where Steven and Amy set everything up and took us through everything and then pick up was just as pleasant and easy. They made the camper so warm and inviting and added special little gestures and touches for our two daughters and "furry baby," Bella. This was our first experience renting a camper and it was truly a wonderful one. We can't recommend Steve, Amy and the Lucky Duck enough. They are truly great people and a pleasure to deal with! Thank you again Steve and Amy for helping to make our family vacation so pleasant and memorable.
