2003 Class C, Coachman Leprechaun. Has one slide out to extend the "living area" bigger. The kitchen table pushes down for a bed and there is a bed in the back of the RV with 2 dividers, one to shut off the bedroom and another to shut off the , bathroom to the kitchen. We have 3 kids, so even though it says sleeps 4 there is a small couch that a small child (under 8) could sleep on.

Rules and policies

• Pets are allowed, but a clean up fee of $150 will be enforced if pet urinates in RV. No smoking in RV, will cost $300 clean up fee if can smell smoke. 1 car can be left at my house during your trip. If you can not pick up or drop off at times allotted (11am pick up and 3 pm drop off) PLEASE, message me if you are going to be late. Please place all towels in the laundry basket if used, as well as any dishes used please place in sink so I can sterilize them for next guest. The prep fee covers the Propane, Grey and Black dump, and fresh water dump. The Renter is only responsible for the refill of the UNLEADED gas to the same line as when they left, if not refilled then it will be double of market price added to the end of your trip. •
