• Awning must be retracted during windy and rainy conditions to prevent damage. Renter will be responsible for damage resulting from not following rules.
• RV must be returned in the same condition, free of damage.
• if RV is not cleaned a 100 cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit, if the unit is extra dirty the cleaning fee will be 250.00.
• All trash must be removed before drop off or 25.00 fee will be deducted from the. deposit.
• Floors should be broom swept, and counters wiped clean.
• Both black and grey water tanks must be emptied prior to return or a 150.00 tank emptying fee will be assessed.
• Roof vents must be closed when raining or potential rain to prevent water damage.
