5.0Neil was accommodating and clear on all directions, fees, etc.. This is an older unit that has significant hail damage to the rear of the vehicle. He made sure I was okay with renting it in this condition. We did wash the unit and cleaned the windows before our trip. It ran great and we had a great time.
