Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
No smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the camper.
• Smoking is permitted outside only, and all waste must be properly disposed of
• Evidence of smoking inside will result in an additional cleaning fee
No parties or events unless discussed prior.
Please clean up after your pet and do not allow pets on beds or furniture in consideration for guests with allergies
Care of the camper
• Do not flush anything except toilet paper
• Report any damage or issues promptly so we can address them
• Do not move or rearrange major furniture or fixtures
