One and a half baths, a loft, dual slides, fireplace and a party patio on the ramp with railing provide plenty of space for the family to relax and enjoy camping n comfort. Offering a spacious "Toy Hauler" area that doubles as a living area with bunk beds and a flip up sofa and movable table for when it game time. When needed the bunk and sofa can be raised to the ceiling to open things up. Half bath connected to the toy hauler area and from there you can go thru the sliding glass doors into the living room, kitchen area. in the living room area you will find a u shaped dining table and an electric fireplace to provide ambiance and heating when desired. Opposite the dining area you will enjoy the kitchen slide out featuring a 3 burner range and overhead microwave oven and refrigerator. There is also a counter peninsula with a double sink, and large pantry for dry and canned goods. head upstairs to the master bedroom with a full bathroom connected. The bathroom is on the left at the top of the steps and includes a corner angled shower, toilet, and sink. A second bathroom door leads into the front of the master bedroom for added convenience. Here you will enjoy a queen sized bed, dual wardrobes and an overhead cabinet. Air conditioning, lp furnace, Entertainment center with dvd player, speakers inside and out. Outdoor shower.The camper is 40.4 feet long so please plan on this when reserving a site.Length 40.42 ft. Width 8.5 ft. Height 13.42 ft.

-Upon rental, we will finalize pick-up and drop-off times. At pick-up or delivery, we will complete a walk-thru to help familiarize you with the trailer, sign the rental agreement, and help hook-up the trailer to your vehicle or set-up camp. The camper does have a camera system but it sometimes does not sync, so no promises it will work .
Please clean camper before returning, remove all trash and personal items.* Renter is responsible for returning trailer in clean condition. Deposit may be debited if any of the following issues are present upon it's return:$100 (Dirty Condition) - cleaning fee for returning trailer without being cleaned
$250 - If smoked in, this amount will be taken from the damage deposit
$135. if returned more than two hours late.
Delivery May be available for your rental. The distance and availability will influence the rate proposed. Base delivery fee is $100.00 within 50 miles of origin, includes setup. disposal of grey and black water tanks if included in the campground site.

Whether it's swimming, fishing, or just sitting around the fire eating smores, it's usually just a matter of finding to do it all. Some of our yearly trips are to lifest and local campground so that even if we have to work we can still enjoy using the camper.
