5Had a great experience renting this RV. It is user friendly, clean, and modern, and would rent it again for future trips. Everything worked great.

1I was optimistic about this trailer rental. The price was decent. The pictures looked good. I thought it odd that the upper bunk was torn out. (Found out later it was originally purchased for use on a job site.) I never talked to Sarah the host in person. When I arrived to pick up the trailer it was pulled out in front of a shop. A worker from there did the walk around with me. While doing the walk around I noticed the trailer was clean on the outside but dirty inside. It didn’t smell bad though. I checked the black and grey water tanks which showed they were full. I was told by the guy showing me that he had a guy empty them. When I got the trailer home to load, the trailer then had a terrible sewer smell so I knew then the tanks had not been emptied. I have full rv hook ups at my house so I was able to empty them. They were definitely both full! I have never smelled something so rotten! Almost like it had sat the winter with full tanks! After arriving to our destination and while setting up we noticed the ant infestation. They were everywhere! After getting everything hooked up we found out the water heater didn’t work. It has the instant water heater and I am assuming that it had not been used since last camping season. Took us a better part of a day to figure out how to fix it using Google and trailer forums. I have rented a trailer every memorial weekend for the past 15years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. The host “Sarah” was never part of the process. I just feel like this was just some guys thinking they could get some extra money off their job trailers. I just returned the trailer in much better and cleaner condition than when we received it. Hopefully we can get a discount.
