This is luxury camping at it's finest! This unit is absolutely beautiful! Just look at that kitchen! Sleeps 8. The living room has a pullout sofa as well as dual recliners with swivel trays to hold your beverage, dinner plate, or laptop! Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. There is a private mid-bunk bedroom/office with storage where the sofa folds out into another bed. Above that mid-bunk is a large loft great for sleeping two more guests, storage, or letting the kids play. The bathroom has plenty of storage to keep things neat and tidy. And, no bumping your head in this bedroom with its spacious ceilings, built in dresser, under bed storage, and closets. This unit is perfect for large travel parties and excellent for large families with children. The mid-bunk room really sets it apart. It's extra privacy for larger parties and kids love these as their own private little space. There's also a desk if you're on a "working vacation." This unit is pet friendly and even has a pet/baby gate at the top of the stairs! The large ceilings make it feel more residential than camper.What's included• This camper comes stocked with the kitchen essentials you need to cook full meals for your entire party, as well as a coffee pot. Your prep fee also includes RV-safe toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, hand soap, propane, and a water filter. Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim.
