Meet "Nova", great condition 2019 Outlook ready for you to take her for a trip. We want to share her with other families and adventurers like us. A flat screen TV.We can offer you full set of sheets and towels if requested ahead. Cooking utensils, pots, pans. Coffee maker, toaster and two outdoor folding chairs. If you need a couple of extra things we can have them ready for you at an additional charge.Not a must but taking off your shoes before entering keeps your rental cleaner and in better conditions.A systems monitor panel allows you to keep track of your water levels, Black and Grey waters, LP, smoke, and carbon monoxide detector fire extinguisher,Ground fault interrupter, Child seat tether anchor.Your rental also includes toilet paper. We even include some additional cleaning detergent in case of spills. We know you pay for a cleaning fee but returning your RV in similar conditions as you got it is always a plus ad we appreciate it. Our Renter Julio Was very nice to work with, he gave us a complete briefing of the RV on how to properly use it, I had to call him multiple times to ask a few questions but we where able to manage everything well. The RV has a couple of small details that needed repair like the Rear ladder but he explained to us that they are already taking care of it. Also has some minor inside scratches but nothing that with give us problems on our rental. We are really happy with our first time RV Experience, We would do it again soon.

We picked up this RV in Simi Valley, not Burbank at the request of Julio. He did not clean the RV or empty the black OR grey water tanks before we arrived. The RV had been to EDC the week prior and was covered in glitter, dirt and hair. I found someone’s false eyelashes in the mattress. There was leftover food in the cabinets and stains on everything and what looked like black mold in between the seats. The vinyl is ripping on the seats and walls and there is a huge burn mark on the table that caused the plastic to peel up and become sharp. The black water tank was not at 1/8 full like he claimed but brimming on overflowing. It made our campsite stink so horribly that surrounding neighbors were complaining. The engine makes a horrible screeching noise while you’re driving and when it overheated on the freeway on the way home Julio was completely unreachable. I have attached realistic photos of this RV as the ones online are completely inaccurate. We are working with Outdoorsy to receive a refund as this RV ruined our much anticipated vacation.

My sisters and I rented the RV to go to EDC. We had an absolute blast. The RV was clean and well kept. Julio, the owner was extremely friendly and explained how to run the RV smoothly. We didn't have any issues with the RV at all. Would definitely book this RV again in the future. Thanks Julio! 😃
