It comes with fresh linens, camping chairs, pillows, comforter, and some kitchen utensils. Its ready to host you!This Unit IS:

Such a comfy rig! Slept 5 of us well. Didn’t use the bathroom and shower but nice size! Only ask would have been some more cooking and eating utensils. Basics were there (pot, plates, plastic utensils) but mugs and a kettle would have made an improvement :) Mattresses comfy, she drives well, fridge and freezer great size and efficient, and the roof fan/AC when plugged in at a powered site were amazing. Thanks to our host for all the swift accommodation and communication!!
