2021 Heartland RVs North Trail 24BHS (24-foot bunkhouse)

I’d give six sisters if I could! We took Carolina and Orlando’s Airstream Bambi 19 to Glacier National Park and back, stopping at Yellowstone National Park and Valley of Fire State Park along the way. The trailer was immaculately clean when we picked it up, and Orlando was extremely patient in showing us everything that we needed to know about the trailer, from hitching and unhitching, to using the solar panels, heater, A/C, plumbing, and awning. He was prepared with all the necessary adapters for hitching to our rental truck, and had an extremely useful rear-view camera for the trailer that we used throughout the trip, both while changing lanes on the highway and navigating parking lots and campsites, and even provided a time-saving impact drill for raising and lowering the stabilizers. Orlando was also very understanding and flexible when we had to delay our pick-up time, and stayed so late getting us comfortable and confident with the trailer that he suffered some mosquito bites when it started to get dark! The trailer itself was just awesome. It was the perfect size for getting into all the campsites that we booked, and had thoughtfully designed storage that made daily operations a breeze. Inside, it was roomy enough for our family of four to be able to move about without stepping over each other, and all of the electrical and mechanical systems worked perfectly. The ventilation systems on the Airstream were wonderfully effective, providing a refreshing breeze within. Of special note was the on-demand hot water heater; it made showering after a long day on the trail, a real treat. And of course, the panoramic windows were gorgeous to look out of, whether deep in the forest or camped next to desert sandstone walls. Outside, the Airstream was a pleasure to just look at, while we lazed around the campfire or picked wild huckleberries from our campsite. Finally, Carolina and Orlando were extremely communicative and helpful with us throughout the booking process and then during the entirety of our trip. If we ever had any questions about the trailer, they got back to us within minutes, it seemed. And, when we decided to extend our trip by a day since we were enjoying it so much, they helpfully and promptly adjusted our contract. It’s no exaggeration to say that they treated us like friends and family, and it’s nice knowing they are nearby the next time we take a trip like this. In sum, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this trailer (or just about anything else!) from Carolina and Orlando again. They really helped us make some beautiful, treasured family memories, and I’d give both them and the trailer six stars if I could.

Easy pick up, clean and exactly how listing showed. Great time and everything worked perfect. Would definitely recommend.
