• You must dump grey and black tanks before returning the trailer. If the tank isn't empty, we will charge an additional dumping fee.
• We are 420 friendly, but please smoke outside of the trailer! Other guests are sensitive to smell and we want to create an enjoyable environment for everyone
• If it isn't toilet paper we provided, or it didn't come out of your body, it does not go down the toilet! We examine the black tank after each rental. If we find anything down there, the cost to retrieve it comes out of the deposit
• No other rules! Have fun.

Reed & Christina were phenomenal. They engaged me right away to provide information and answered all my questions promptly. Having no previous experience, Reed was very patient walking me through the trailer and giving me detailed instructions how to properly operate it. He even went above and beyond by hooking the trailer to my truck when I asked if he could help me with that.
