Krystal was very quick to respond and helpful with all our questions. The trailer is small but was enough for our group of 5 to sleep comfortably. We did all our cooking outside and mainly used the trailer as a place to sleep. The heater worked well and we were kept warm at night. The mattress in the pop out bed is not very comfortable but knowing that I would next time lay down some comforters to increase the cushioning. We would rent again as it gave us what we needed and was extremely close to the Pinery which is where we were camping for the weekend. Super convenient!

Well, to be honest, our experience wasn’t the very best. This would be the third time we’ve rented a trailer. We never had as many issues as we had with this one first all the battery was dead and even running the generator the battery wouldn’t keep the charge as a result we were up two nights, listening to the carbon monoxide alarm go off because it was a low battery ,
all the other trailers we’ve rented, we’ve managed to keep the battery charged with just a solar panel
We even ran the generator day for eight hours and two tanks of gas and still nothing. The battery wouldn’t keep the charge and we had another sleepless night with the alarm going off.
When I contacted the host, their solution was to unplug the battery which kind of defeated the whole purpose
One of the reasons I did rent this trailer is because they lived in grand Bend, and I thought if there were any issues they were close by
I was wrong to assume that
The other issue was that the fridge didn’t work, which wasn’t really a problem since we had coolers
The issue was with all our other trailers. We were able to run the fridge using the propane.
Unfortunately, two weeks prior to our vacation we were told that there was a mechanical issue and the fridge wouldn’t run on propane
That would’ve been nice to know before hand
One of the reasons we do rent the trailer is that I’m not very mobile and I need to be used able to use the bathroom in the trailer
Again, two weeks we were told that that might be an issue because the tank wasn’t that big
I informed them that would only be me, and I was told it would probably be OK which wasn’t very reassuring
Now we did pay for the table That had damages and I have no issues with that whatsoever
We did bring the table outside which we shouldn’t have done so I have no problems paying the $49.50. However, the table was metal and it looked like it was just spray-painted black and probably would’ve scratched anyway if it was kept inside
Please note that we had the table under the awning and if the awning had leaked as bad as it did and got the table wet, it probably wouldn’t have been a scratched as it was
Again, I have no issue with paying that since we did bring the table outside. I’ll take full ownership of that.
The host was well aware we wouldn’t be on an electrical site and we would be bringing a generator and a solar panel
For the amount of money we paid for the trailer. It’s a little disheartening that neither of those options we brought worked if there were going to be issues, we should’ve been an informed from the get-go before I agreed to rent the trailer.
Despite all this, we thoroughly enjoyed our camping with the help and support with family and friends
I’m not usually one to complain and pretty much go with the flow but after four days of being home at this point, I’m only going to give a one rating and think about where we will be renting our trailer for next year
Thank you for your time

Krystal’s answer
Hi Heather I’m sorry for all your issues. The ad does state that the amenities of the trailer only work off electric hookup. Sadly I did inform you from our first conversation prior to renting that a generator may work with the proper hook up but no guarentee as we have never had anyone use a generator over the powered hookup. Now we know this answer, I did explain this the best I could. As for the bathroom use, I reminded you it was a small trailer and used sparingly would last the whole trip. No one wants to run out prior to the end of their trip.
As for the table, it was a custom made, powder coated table that you were advised not to bring it outside- when you did it incurred damage. I’m sorry we had to charge for the damage and hope you can appreciate we did need to send it to be fixed.
We appreciate your rental and hope in the future we can resolve issue through communicating. We did not hear from you after responding so assumed issues were fixed. Had you needed us we would have made the trip to help you.

The trailer was set up and clean when we arrived. We had a VERY minor hiccup not worth mentioning that our fellow campers helped sort out otherwise contact info was provided if we had any questions or concerns. From booking to camping Krystal was very quick to respond to any messages I sent and was always polite and friendly.

Krystal’s answer
Hi Jennifer, Im sorry you didn't feel the rental had value. Sadly when explaining the abilities to the trailer you expected more than it was able to offer. Expecting myself as a host to change the trailers abilities as well as have to explain numerous times that some things are not possible then reviewing the trailer poorly is just to high of an expectations. Future rentals for yourself i think you would really listen to the renter and ensure the trailer will meet your needs prior. Good luck.
