• Pets are allowed with prior approval only.
• Renters must clean up after pets and protect furniture.
• Additional cleaning fee may apply for excessive pet hair or damage.

• If towing, trailer brake controller and 7-pin connector are required.
• Never move the RV after we’ve delivered and set it up.
• Use only provided RV toilet paper—no flushable wipes or feminine products.
• Let water fully drain before driving (if applicable).
💧 Water, Sewer & Tanks
• If sewer is not available onsite, please notify us when tanks are ⅔ full for pump-out or instructions.
• Do not overfill freshwater or gray/black tanks.
• When in freezing temperatures, always coordinate water hookup with us.

• Please return the RV in reasonably clean condition:
• Dishes rinsed
• no food down drains
• Trash removed
