Rocky is a 2017 Rockwood by Forest River Premier Series M-2514G. The best feature about renting this pop-up is easy towing with most SUVs and minivans with a 2-inch ball hitch and 7-pin electric hookup, and space for everyone (even the dog) off the ground! Every time Rocky is rented, the funds go towards our next family adventure, so we 100% appreciate your business! Pickup and drop off in Lakeville, MN off 35W. Send me a message with dates you’re interested in to check availability!She features spacious (heated) king and queen size slide-out beds, a bump-out dinette creating extra interior space that converts to a full-size bed, 3-way refrigerator, sink that also bumps out to create space, gas range, grill, basic kitchen utensils/pots&pans, and coffee maker, stereo/CD and outdoor speaker, overhead fan, gas furnace, pass-thru outdoor storage, hanging pantry and dresser, power lift, leveling jacks.Unfortunately the awning took to the wind last season, but we provide a screen tent (if desired) for a modest fee with your rental.If you camp without an electrical hook-up, pack lanterns and/or flashlights: the camper does run lights and fan on battery power, but not forever. Most outlets are not available with battery power. Note that the refrigerator can run on gas, battery, or electricity.Plan on 45 minutes, give or take, to be trained on the how-to of correctly opening up, operating, and closing down Rocky.What's includedWe provide fitted sheets for each bed, an exterior rug, 2 camping chairs, 1 full propane tank, extension cord, power cord to plug in to electrical service, drinking water hose to connect to a park's supply, gray water hose to connect to sink drain system, spare tire, and tools to operate jacks and lifting mechanism.Other things to notePlease be gentle with setup and takedown.

We make the camper available any weekend during the season we're not already in it!
