Overall it was a good experience. The camper was still dirty from previous renters. Trash left in the garbage can, passenger door and floor. Outside the camper needed a car wash. We tried to leave it better than we found it.

The RV when I picked it up looked good with some initial minor problems. I got the RV home to pack and tested all the lights - the passenger side brake light and reverse light didn't work and Ethan came over and replaced them. The RV had a slight shake to it while driving but not being familiar with this vehicle I thought maybe it was usual. Ethan had said that he had the shocks replaced prior to the trip and had replaced the back tires as well. As the trip was going to Alaska with a lot of miles put on it , I told them that when I got to Alaska I would have the oil changed and serviced. They said that would be ok and that they would reimburse me when I got back. The shaking increased the further we got into the trip and I pulled into a TA service center to have it looked at- THE FRONT SIDE DRIVERS TIRE WAS BAD - THE BELT ON THE TIRE WAS SHOWING AND THERE WAS CUPPING ALL ALONG THE INSIDE OF THE TIRE. We had been sent on this trip with a defective tire that could have blown on one of the many passes we went OVER, COSTING US OUR LIVES. I believe that the preparations made before the trip by the host were due to the shaking. During the trip I had to constantly retighten loose screws in the drawers and around the inside of the RV. When we got to Fairbanks we noticed also that the Air Condition in the Cab wasn't working right. It was highly unfortunate that I didn't get some pictures of the tire before turning the RV back in. The unfortunate accident in Minnesota with the mirror and my sister driving only added to the atmosphere. The reporting police officer and I looked over both the mirror and passenger side mirror and he only commented on the replacement of the mirror. I also cleaned the cab mirrors and windshield inside and out and didn't notice any chips on that window. I would like to know what the 768.90$ Vehicle Protection Package covers. Once we did get to open the slide out we noticed that there was cigarette butts and broken plate glass underneath.

Hi there! We are the Rogier's and we are happy you have found us. We are a family of 4 + 2 pups and we absolutely love camping. My husband and I have actually camped our entire lives from rustic tent camping all the way to glamping on road trips south . So we knew when we decided to have kids we wanted to make sure they got the experiences that we got growing up. Little did we know when buying our first travel trailer 4 years ago that we would be starting a rental business at the same time but here we are 3 years later and we couldn't love it more! As you can see, right now we have quite a few rental units and we are still continuing to add to our fleet each year, they range in small and lightweight to a large 5th wheel that sleeps up to 9 people. We are always growing and adding more, so if we don't have one available for your dates please keep checking back.  We are located in Mid-Michigan, making it easy for us to accommodate most travel plans. We are pulling away from offering delivery for all travel trailers and drivable unit aside from a select few campgrounds local to us, however our 5th wheel is not available for pick up at this time (unless you have the proper equipment to tow it. ie: a big enough truck and correct 5th wheel hitch.) Our two other travel trailers very easy to tow with the proper vehicle, but if you are unsure if your vehicle can tow them, shoot us over an email telling us about your trip, vehicle and any questions you may have and we would be happy to help you plan your next camping trip. We look forward to hearing from you!
