Sleeps 8 comfortably. Dishes, cups, cutlery, cookware, & BBQ utensils included. Outdoor and indoor fridge and freezer Must be emptied and wiped out upon return. No food to be left inside trailer upon return. Indoor shower in bathroom, AC, furnace, standard and USB outlets. Bluetooth hookup to indoor and outdoor speakers. Outdoor LED lighting. 2 full propane tanks, new battery. Propane tanks must be returned full unless selected add on. You will be charged $75 for tank refill if not returned full.
Grey and black tanks Must be returned empty. If for any reason the tanks are not emptied properly or fully, you will be charged $100. Most parks will have a pump out station. We provide the connection hoses for you. Please return or you will be charged for replacements. Electrical adapter provided. Fresh water hose and filter included. Do not use any fresh water hoses provided at parks. Guests are responsible for bringing their own linens, pillows and towels unless selected as an add on. Septic safe toilet paper to be used only! (Not provided) Floor Must be swept Before slide in is brought in. Broom and dust pan provided. Dish soap and cleaning products provided. Camping chairs and one small collapsible side table provided. Towing experience required unless selected drop off and pick up add on. Truck must be able to tow at least 9000lbs to tow safely.
