It is large enough to hold your family and gear, but small enough to fit easily into parking spots, campsites and is national park friendly! Brand new tires and less than 10,000 miles at the time of posting will get you where you are headed safely. Meticulously maintained and serviced. Get ready for your next adventure! Queen bed slide out in the rear, queen bed over the cab, and dinette converts to a small full bed that can sleep, 2 kids or one adult. Full kitchen, bathroom with shower and everything you need. Cold AC will keep you nice and cool even on the hottest summer nights. Holding Tanks must be emptied before return. A $100 dumping fee applies if not.
No Smoking – full deposit will be forfeited if smoking occurs inside the RV.
No Pets allowed. Evidence of pets or excessive dirt will incur a cleaning fee.
AC Use – Do not run on less than a 30 Amp outlet.
Cleanliness – RV must be returned broom-swept, trash removed, and all cooking items/utensils cleaned and returned. Unused disposables must stay in the RV; all non-disposable items (appliances, tools, bedding, etc.) must be returned.
Safety – All drivers and passengers must wear seat belts while in motion.
Beds – Mattress protectors are required on all 3 beds.
Events – Music festivals are not permitted.
Water Hookup – Use the water filter and pressure regulator at all times.
Parking – Vehicle must be on level, hard surfaces (pavement, concrete, compacted gravel). Always set the parking brake when camping.
Driving Restrictions – No off-road use, no towing of any kind (vehicles, trailers, boats, etc.).

We are a family of 6, with 4 kids and a dog. We love to travel, with our family, and relax in the outdoors. Our first trip was a week-long excursion to see our family in Iowa. We use the RV at least once a month, to keep our family time a priority, and find places to disconnect in nature. We've made so many great memories, from cookouts, campfires, S'Mores, swimming, bike rides, hiking, mountain views, and our girls catching their first fish!
