Charles was very experienced and knowledgeable. He was very communicative and prompt throughout the booking and planning process. He spent over an hour explaining everything required to have an effortless and worry free trip. Camper was clean, well maintained and fully stocked with the essentials. Host was great! Super helpful and communicated well. RV was a little beat up and was missing the outdoor mini fridge. But just some small things, we had no problem using it for our stay. Had a great time with it. It towed very well too with the included sway bars.
